Two Brewers Release 41 named Single Malt of the Year

Congratulations to the Two Brewers team for winning the Single Malt of the Year Award for their Release 41 in last week’s Canadian Whisky Awards in Victoria. Here’s Bob Baxter receiving the award from Heather Leary and Davin de Kergommeaux.

Release 41 is from the Two Brewers Special Finishes series and after initial maturation in former bourbon casks has been finished for two years in former Pedro Ximenéx sherry casks. Whilst the spirit is primarily from unpeated barley, a small percentage is from peated barley.
