How to redeem your REDS gift card

We are pleased accept the REDS Gift Card.

To redeem your card with us, please follow these instructions on how to pay;

Is the balance on your REDS Gift Card more or less than your order value, including shipping?

More:

If the balance on your REDS Gift Card is more than the value of the items (and shipping) you wish to purchase please place your order as normal, entering your name in the Name on Card field, Card Number, Expiry Date and the three digit number above the QR code in the CVC field. You will be left with a balance on your REDS Gift Card.

Less:

If the balance on your REDS Gift Card is less than the value of the items (and shipping) you wish to purchase, please, as a first transaction purchase a Highfern Gift Voucher using your REDS Gift Card, entering your name in the Name on Card field, Card Number, Expiry Date and the three digit number above the QR code in the CVC field, choosing the option to email the voucher to yourself. This will generate a unique discount code for you.

Then as a second transaction, select the bottles you wish to purchase, and use the voucher discount code and another payment card to complete the purchase.

The Highfern Gift Vouchers are set up at four pre-determined values. If there is a particular value you wish to spend from your REDS Gift Card, let us know and we will set a voucher up for you.

As a further twist, our payment gateway has a minimum order value of 75p, hence please ensure that the balance to pay from your other card is at least 75p.
